- Over 27 years of experience leading multi-GW wind and solar projects across India’s Renewable Energy sector
- Expertise includes project management, pipeline development, securing regulatory approvals and stakeholder engagement
- Over the past few years, he has expanded his strategic oversight to include logistics, battery storage, capital raising, and insurance
- Holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is an alumnus of the ISB Senior Management Program.
Notable achievements:
- Successfully developed 386 MW of IPP platforms, with a proven track record in land acquisition and deep regulatory expertise in renewable energy

- 20 years’ experience in Renewables & Infrastructure in India and other emerging markets
- $3Bn+ raised from global institutional investors, including IPO fund raise for a large infrastructure developer
- Deep expertise in fund strategy, capital raising, investment execution, and governance.

- Managed $150M portfolio of renewable natural gas assets – mix of greenfield and brownfield (20+ projects nationwide).
- Built & scaled a renewable platform (~70 MW solar utility scale, biomass, and C&I projects) backed by HNIs.
- Executed landmark transactions including multi-billion-dollar project financing across renewables and infrastructure.
Amarja Hirphode - Head – Technical Operations
20 years’ experience in the data center and energy industries with a strong focus on project development, proposal management, and engineering across Asia, Europe, and the US (ERCOT, Texas).

- Head of Operations, Diode Ventures, an infrastructure developer (wholly-owned subsidiary of Black & Veatch)
- Manager of Proposals, Black & Veatch, a global EPC and construction company
- Assistant Manager, Thermax Limited, a leading conglomerate in the energy and environment space.

- Spearheaded utility-scale solar and storage project development in ERCOT, Texas
- Led global proposal teams and developed bidding strategies for large-scale consulting and engineering projects
- Successfully negotiated contracts and land deals for energy and data center projects across multiple geographies
- Delivered techno-commercial evaluations and detailed engineering for major infrastructure packages.
Ekta Keshari - Senior Associate - Investments
- Ekta Keshari brings over 5 years of experience in infrastructure finance and climate investments
- Her expertise spans financial modeling, due diligence, strategic analysis, and stakeholder engagement
- She holds an MBA from FMS and a B.Tech from Miranda House.
Notable achievements:
- At Biliti Electric, she led a USD 100 Mn equity raise and spearheaded global go-to-market strategy for EVs and swappable batteries
- At ReNew, she raised over USD 250 Mn in debt, including a USD 140 Mn Green Bond, and managed a USD 650 Mn project portfolio.
